At Transformational Education Inc. At TEAM, we recognize our legal obligation to address harassment incidents promptly and effectively. Our staff members are trained to take immediate and appropriate action upon receiving notice of any harassment directed towards a student.
Under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity on the basis of sex. As a recipient of federal financial assistance, TEAM is dedicated to upholding Title IX regulations, which require us to promptly investigate any potential violations of the law.
