At Transformational Education Inc. (TEAM) Charter Schools, we are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student has equal access to academic programs, support services, and extracurricular activities. We firmly prohibit any form of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying based on a student's actual or perceived characteristics, including but not limited to:

- Marital or parental status
- Physical or mental disability
- Sex
- Sexual orientation
- Gender
- Gender identity
- Gender expression
- Gender non-conformance
- Gender stereotyping
- Perception of one or more of these characteristics
- Association with a person or group with one or more of these characteristics
 
At TEAM, we recognize our legal obligation to address harassment incidents promptly and effectively. Our staff members are trained to take immediate and appropriate action upon receiving notice of any harassment directed towards a student.
 
Under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity on the basis of sex. As a recipient of federal financial assistance, TEAM is dedicated to upholding Title IX regulations, which require us to promptly investigate any potential violations of the law.
